Situation
At Tiendanube, downloadable resources work as lead magnets: valuable materials for ecommerce brands and teams that also helped capture qualified contacts to nurture later.
Within that system, NubeCommerce played a central role because it is the annual ecommerce report and is supported by a strong launch and amplification strategy across all company channels, as well as events with press, agencies, specialists, and brands.
Each resource had to solve for two levels: being useful and actionable as expert content, and being presented through a download experience that was clear, convincing, and easy to complete.
Task
My work ranged from the initial research to publishing the landing page. That included understanding the topic, writing the downloadable asset or report, writing and shaping the content of the download page, and preparing the flow closure in a thank you page.
I also supported the GTM strategy with related blog posts, traffic routing, and copy guidance for performance assets.
Action
The work combined research, writing, and product judgment. I used AI tools to speed up benchmarks, organize information, and explore directions, but the narrative, hierarchy, and tone were defined by the audience and our business goal.
